Not a good look when you walk into an open business and no one is there to serve you, stand there for 5 minutes calling out and still no body. Then try to call and no one answers.

Originally from Newcastle but now live in Los Angeles for my career. After coming home for some emotional person news, I needed some TLC but find it so hard to have anyone make me relax and heal. I have been a loyal client of Kokum ( now souls Temple ) for many years but I can honestly say in all my travels no one beats Michelle. I walked out feeling a sense of self I had been missing for the passed weeks. She not only is brilliant at what she does ( recommend the facials and Vichy spa highly ) but she is a natural healer and just being in her presence make you breathe and feel at ease. Loved going here when they were kokum as they were one of few places that I wouldn't have a reaction from their products for tinting. However since the name and location change I've not had a good experience at all. Every time I call no one answers, I leave messages which will take days for them to respond if at all. I'm now at the point where I've been trying to contact them for over a week and now will not be able to get a tint done before I go overseas which leaves me bitterly disappointed. If these girls got their communication in order it would be fantastic, great products and lovely therapists.

I could not be more disappointed. I was ready to book my friends in for a couples massage, tried to contact the via phone number given in an email, which was disconnected. Recontacted via email, told they have moved and are changing name to "temple" Googled that, couldn't find a website, reemailed again asking if they could ring me. Supplied phone number, nearly a week later was contacted by someone asking if I had been contacted. I said no, then another person contact me via email the following day saying they were going to ring me after a particular time, NEVER heard from them. I will not beg people to give them my business. I now understand the name change, they are running from a bad reputation!!! Competely annoyed they wasted my time. Finding another more reputable business!!!!

The staff are so friendly and know exactly what they are doing. I had a great time.
