Lovely doctors and nurses, however I'm pregnant and I received no information about important appointments/ultrasounds and the antenatal clinic messed up my appointments at least 4 times. Not happy going in for an important appointment only to find out it was for nothing.

Wanted to give one and a half stars but i can't so i gave two, The nurses are very nice and do their job, surgeons seem good, but there's no communication between them, waited for three days in Orthopedics ward (fasting a lot of that time) & when the surgeon finally came around to see me they thought we just got there, Meanwhile family is struggling to get a room as Carnival of Flowers was the weekend coming, but they don't care just expect you to deal with it at $120 a night.
The Cafe may be decent, healthy options which is awesome, not priced to bad, but there's at least three ladies that work there that are so rude & arrogant, the lot of us gave them quite a bit of money over four days & no smiles, no nothing except from one lady. Hope never end up in Toowomba Hospital again, rather Brisbane.
And will just add, 'Space Man' that gave the review in here saying anyone thats saying the place is bang average, which most are, is someone who works/volunteers at the Hospital, and obviously can't handle a different opinion, like a twelve year old.

I saw the nurses there treat an elderly woman with dementure so badly. She didn't know what she was doing so the nude grabbed her and started getting mad at her. How rude. The dental services there are really good though.

My mother went here to get her dentures replaced. The nurses were very nice and helpful. The doctor on the other had was not and the dentures are horrible. He has made the dentures too big giving her buck teeth. I was there on the last visit before they finalised the dentures, they looked great but unfortunately I was not there when she picked up the finished ones because they are not good enough. Her teeth stick out so far it is hard to look at and she looks quite unattractive! Shame!

After seeing my GP with a serious condition, I was sent straight to ED. I presented, gave my details and was taken to a bed almost immediately. I was treated wonderfully. Staff were kind, let me know what was the plan of action was, kept me comfortable before sending me to a ward. The nurse Marnie looking after me in ED had an EXCEPTIONAL bed side manner, you could tell she loved her job and genuinely cared for me as a patient. The wardy Paul who took me to my ward was pleasant, reassuring and very kind. It makes you at ease when you know the staff looking after you actually care. The doctors I dealt with were lovely, and explained everything thoroughly. I just can't thank them enough for the treatment I was given.
