Usually good service and clean, except for the cashier who goes make sandwiches without gloves and without washing his hands (you can see him through the wall opening behind the counter), that is disgusting Arby's. Please educate your employees.

Good service, although they want your name when they take your order, they always butcher my name and mispell it even when I spell it out. Food is good, portion size of bigger than most fast food places, and it comes to you hot.

Worst location I have been to. Every single time it takes forever in the drive thru even when the place is empty. Then you get no salt, pepper, mustard etc even though you asked while you were waiting 20 mins for 4 jr roast beef with cheddar. Menu is going downhill and definitely not like it used to be, even they shrink the items any less you'll be paying for invisible food (a chain issue, not just this location).

Sadly, the only Arby's in Ottawa. It's my favourite alternative to the burger joints. Love the beef 'n cheddar with curly fries. Great service and always clean too!

Got a free beef&cheddar sandwich (no purchase required) from a coupon, was pretty good. Curly fries also quite good. Tried a milkshake as well, and tastes pretty fake and was honestly awful; don't get the shakes. Location is in the middle of nowhere for most Ottawa residents, but if you're nearby already it's worth trying out.
