Been going for a few years now. Always see the same person, Lee, always friendly even asking about my family and remembering things I have said in previous visits. always happy with my nails and when I get pedicure. I recommend calling and making an appointment as they are quite busy. Very professional. Prices are the same as other places from what I have seen.

I am not posting this review regarding their work (which I was not impressed by)...but am writing because they tried to double charge one of my friends for her services twice. My sister left first and picked up the mani/pedis for the three of us. I stepped out to pick up something at the store and when I came back they were in the process of charging my friend for her services, knowing full well hers had been paid. Very unprofessional.

I wish I could rate less than 1 star. This place is awful. Extremely unprofessional workers, and cheap fast work. I just left and will have to go to another place to have them fix it up. Don't waste your money! Go somewhere else!!

I am a man. Though some might suggest my salon standards are not as high as a woman's I can only say that I have never been disappointed with the services I have received and I will happily return. In a nutshell I find the services excellent value and good quality. The massage chairs are a plus. Today (Sunday afternoon) was the 3rd time I've frequented KNT Nails & Foot Spa on Hazeldean Road in Stittsville for a mani and pedi. I have dealt with the aestheticians Vi, Lucinda and Christine. Though I had an appointment for Monday morning, when I serendipitously discovered the salon was open on Sunday (and the stations were not taken) I proceeded today on a walk-in basis. I left the place feeling uplifted and improved! Great experience, a modest indulgence and one I intend to repeat. Keep up the good work!

I never write reviews but in this case after being disappointed a number of times and coming back for 'convenience', I will NEVER return and encourage others not to waste their time and money!!
