How the hell is a restaurant only open until 3pm and not on Sunday? How does a place stay open with those retarded hours?

Great food, great quality ingredients. Always fast service, and very filling for the price.

My coworkers and I tend to frequent this restaurant often because it's fairly close to our office, and the food quality vs price trade-off is reasonable.
These are by no means the best burritos in town. Having experienced authentic burritos in Mexico & California, and even just the burritos served closer to the universities, these fall well short of the mark.
That said, it's not a bad thing to say that this restaurant serves something average, particularly if you're looking for a "reasonably" healthy lunch fare.
The prices are fairly reasonable and in-line with other restaurants in the other.
In terms of food quality, the burritos are sometimes under-cooked; they can also contain too much lettuce (which cools the burrito down and risks making it soggy). To compensate, I recommend avoiding the lettuce. I also find that there is a bit too much cilantro (it's even in their salsa) for my tastes. Their salsa is a bit runny, and their tortilla chips are sometimes inedibly salty. Moving forward, I would recommend that Holy Guacamole owners spend time evaluating their in-town competition, which tends to use more refried beans & rice, and that they completely eliminate the black beans which can produce a bitter aftertaste.
The staff are generally friendly, although there has been fairly high turnover over the years, which can lead to inconsistent burrito results as new staff will add varyingamounts of meat. Sometimes, you get lucky and get a "hearty" burrito, and other times, you walk away with a "skimpy" meat portion.
