This establishment is seconds from my house. I'm new to Riverview and love donairs. The first time we ordered from this place we ordered 4 donors 4 pop and deep fried mushrooms. We were given the mushrooms complimentary. We thought this was super nice until we got home, had no pop and the donors were made wrong. Second chance we ordered 4 donaors for pick up, hoping our first experience was a " 1 time" occurrence. I was wrong and again they weren't right. Today we took yet another chance. We ordered 4 donairs. 2 were bacon and 1 with green pepper and tomatoes, the other with just green peppers. Picked up the donairs and once again....wrong. They both had onions and lettuce with barely any green peppers and no tomatoes on either. This establishment his absolutely horrible. The food would be good but they can't get the order right. I would steer clear of this Sals (82nd) and try another.

I received a phone call from the manager today with a very sincere apology and a request of a "do over" and the chance to get it right. Now that's customer service!!!

Called for delivery for a meat pizza and a donair at 11:30. An hour later we are still waiting for the elusive pizza and donair. The best part, they won't answer their phone now and I'm sure their hours say till 2:am. Sorry I can't comment on their pizza but I can comment on their poor delivery service and their inability to answer the phone. Won't order from here again so I'll never get to rate their pizza.

The owner sent me a facebook message from two fake named accounts and claimed he was going to sue me if I did not remove my negative review ( he has since removed two facebook pages because he does not like to have bad reviews on them) He also called me racist and stated that I have sent people to his business ( doesnt this only happen in movies?) and proceeded to make other claims of me attacking him personally. Immediatly after my negative review he had multiple other users (his own personal review of his own business was removed) give him 5 stars so he would keep his rating. Avoid this place as I certainly will never spend my money here again. Complete joke.
Terrible customer service... Posted on the Facebook page and the owner removed mine and others bad reviews after calling me a stoner... Owner needs to grow up and provide better customer service. Not serve people like garbage because he thinks they smoke Devils lettuce
