Very good experience, comfortable and nice double room. Despite that, this is only true for the new building of the hotel, the ancient building rooms are smaller and uncomfortable in comparison.

Oh man... where do I begin. The only plus of this hotel is the proximity to the highway and the heated bathroom floor (not found in all rooms). Terrible beds. Noisy A.C.. Breakfast is a complete joke. Convention during our stay and very poorly placed. Had to walk through a huge crowd of people every time coming or going. Would not stay again.

Worst place I have EVER been to..spend your money elsewhere. The first 2 rooms assigned had stains on the beds, and smelled bad. I asked them for a refund, and they REFUSED to give us a refund, because I booked at the hotel, and their policy was not to refund. Horrible management, and my wife was in tears. Got us a 3rd room, and it was better, but that pretty much ruined the experience altogether.
If you want to be forced to pay out your money without any recourse, then by all means. But you are better off sleeping in your car folks...

Very disappointed in this hotel. Not representative of Quebec at all. If you're travelling to Quebec my advice is to look elsewhere. My girlfriend severely burnt her back in the shower because they were doing "testing". We spoke to the Manager at the Frontdesk and she said "the good thing was she didn't have to go to the hospital". Didn't offer anything.What? Bathroom was dirty. Old hotel. Over priced .No air in bathroom. Never again will we stay here.

The bad:
Breakfast ends @ 9:30 AM -- how is that normal?!
Breakfast is a joke, cereal and toast only.
The pool is literally the size of a bedroom, and it felt dirty b/c of how shallow it is -- 1.20 meters.
My king-size room barely had any soaps, napkins, toilet paper, and no do-not-disturb sign.
The "new" bedsheets were stained.
We stayed for 3 night.
The good:
Staff is friendly
WIFI was perfect, no disconnections
A/C worked flawlessly
Not recommended for more than a night
