Awful! I agree with the previous comment. I purchased on Groupon for Great Plains Spa, and it as been a nightmare! I have tried for the past two months to book and have been getting the run around.... I think it is a scam. I received an email on Jan 4, 2013 saying that this "spa" is going to be closed until the end of January, but I think what is happening is they are running from all of the complaints.
I have tried getting my money back from Groupon but they aren't helping at all. I think that now that they have their part of the money, they are done. If this changes, I will change this comment. I thought I try and save a few bucks, but I got burned. Think twice before buying some of these deals unless you know the business... this is the second time that this has happened... but last time it was with Dealfind...

I'm not sure what the deal with this place is but they have sold vouchers on both DealFind Regina and Groupon. I unfortunately purchased one (this falls under the too good to be true rule -- shame on me), and first I could not contact them. They do not seem to be open regular hours, or do not have a receptionist. They also do not clear their voice mail so it is full and you cannot leave a message. I was finally able to book an appointment, but when I showed up they were not open. On one of the message boards on one of the deal sites I saw that this happened to someone else. I am currently trying to get my money back. I would avoid this place if I were you...it does not seem on the up and up.
