Rudest receptionist ever experienced! I am waiting for s refferral was told 1 year wait! Will probably be dead from condition i have! Will be looking to another location probably U.S or Alberta! Not too happy been fighting condition for two years already ! Rumpur is this is a good place to go! There goes that rumor! By the way front waiting area very nice!

This place is so ridiculously terrible. I have been wanting to get laser done all summer and I finally got an appointment in, but I was turned away YET AGAIN, for the third time:
I couldn't go to my first scheduled appointment because they called me and hour before my appointment to say they have to cancel because "something came up." No apology.
The second appointment was booked. The receptionist apparently booked me on a holiday and called me a couple days before to reschedule because SHE BOOKED ME ON A DAY WHERE THEY WERE CLOSED. She did NOT apologize and expressed annoyance when I was frustrated, even though I had every right to be.
The third appointment they turned me away because I used topical retinoids a week before my appointment. THEY TOLD ME 7 days, and it also says 7 days on the information sheet they gave me. But they said 2 weeks minimum during my third and final appointment. I will definitely not be returning to SkinSense!
Each time I paid for parking and I was turned away, and it has been 3 months now without a single procedure. Their service is the poorest I've ever seen.
The place is nice looking but that is all that this place had to offer. RIDICULOUS.

The dermatologist was good and nice but almost all the secretaries have been extremely rude every time I came here. They are impatient and have a terrible attitude. It may have been better not to have residents doing a lot of the work though

I had a great experience, and my wait was a lot shorter than I was told it would be. Everyone was really friendly and helpful!

Worst experience at a dermatologist ever (and I've been to a few in my lifetime), from the reception straight through to the doctor. I felt like no one cared and that they rather not bother with me. just got a bad vibe I guess? I'm not sure. If the staff were kind it would not have bothered me at all that the doctor was 30 minutes late with no apology. One visit in and I don't think I'll be returning unfortunately. Only positive I think was the office looked nice and clean.
