Friendly staff at front customer service and cosmetics. Love John at the pharmacy. Most of the staff at pharmacy need to learn how to treat their customers. Very unfriendly service from some. Thinking this would be the place to have my prescriptions refilled as it is so handy to where we live, but now am thinking i will go somewhere else.

Every time I have a prescription faxed to this location, it is never ready when I come to pick up.
Please look at your fax machine.
Please don't make me come in and check if you saw it.
Please fill prescriptions!!!
Edit: I went here again a month later. For a refill. I get there and they say they won't have that prescription for a week. Shoppers said I could go somewhere else and they would fax it to the new place. I go to Walmart and they have what I want. Walmart had to ask shoppers for them to fax it, that took 20min, while my actual refill at Walmart took 5min.
Instead of waiting hours at shoppers, go anywhere else and wait way less.

Just comments on the pharmacists: Gave the wrong prescription. I waited for 10mjns to get ny prescriptikn done and it ended up being someone else's in the bag. Terrible attention to details of some of the staff there and it could be dangerous if I ended up taking the wrong pill without checking it on my own.
