The first time I arrived at the dentist 5 minutes late and was told that I would have to wait an additional 30 minntues to be seen. I decided to make another appointment instead of waiting. When I returned for the second appointment I was told that I had already had my teeth cleaning. INSURANCE FRAUD! They had billed my insurance for a teeth cleaning. It took me requesting that the receptionist look into the my file to prove to her that they had no record on file of examining my teeth.
Now I have been waiting for 55 mins for my teeth cleaning. They originally seated me and was going to have someone polish my teeth and let me go. They explained to me that this is a cleaning...NOT! When I demanded that my teeth be cleaned, they said that I would have to wait additional time. I'm am starting to wonder if this is a real office or if I am being pranked. I will never come here again.

I was advised to give Dr. John a visit regarding dental implant surgery by my partner who had nothing but good things to say after receiving Invisalign treatment from him and I must say I was not disappointed.
Now a 30 year old, I have been in and out of dentists and orthodontists for the majority of my life having my palate broken and widened, wisdom teeth pulled, braces installed and tightened time and time again and I must say that Dr. John is right up there with the best of them.
After discussing the implant procedure/surgery with Dr. John I decided to go ahead with the procedure and to my surprise was able to book in to have the first stage completed within three weeks of my initial visit rather than months and months out as I expected/was told by other dental professionals.
Having the first stage of the implants installed was incredibly easy and painless, I was simply given local anesthetic and off we went! I brought ear-buds to try and drown out the sound of the drill but it really wasn’t an issue as Dr. John was very precise and quick with his drilling. I even started laughing when he began placing the posts in my upper jaw as the sound of the ratchet clicking away was slightly comical as I was expecting a much more traumatic procedure by that point!
After less than 30 minutes I was stitched up with two new posts in my upper jaw and sent home pain-free with only mild tightness that reminded me of having my braces tightened back when I was a teenager. I followed the antibiotic regiment carefully but had no need for the Tylenol 3’s that were prescribed as I never had any pain!
Within a few weeks the incisions had healed to the point where my tongue can barely tell they’re there! I recently went in for my follow-up X-rays and eagerly await the installation of my new teeth!
I would highly recommend Dr. John to anyone in need of oral care!!

I noticed he flags all his bad reviews so only the 5 stars stay up. I personally had issues with him professionally and would not recommend him at all. He lied and said X-rays weren't faxed over to their office (He didn't realize I used to work in the dental field and that I was the one that faxed them personally) I even double checked with the receptionist if they received them as I wanted them there before I made an appointment and she told me yes they are here (oldest dental lie in the book is we need more X-rays) and of course he lied to me and said they didn't have any of my X-rays and needed to take more $$$ I called him out on it and he still denied it. I did not go back to him after that, if your going to lie about something as simple as X-rays you can forget about me trusting you about anything to do with my dental needs.

Dr. John and his staff are fabulous. I recently had to get a crown done. Dr John made it as pleasant as it could be. Attentive, caring and professional. Highly recommended.
