Some confusion over my account but it did get resolved. Thanks Jay. Helpful staff and nice clean washroom. Easy to order products online. Can't miss the store as it is painted purple. Large selection of massage oils, lotions and creams. As a massage therapist they carry all products I could ever need. No free shipping though.

I emailed and also phoned them making an inquiry and over a week later still no response. May be the company is defunct or hasn't learned that there is such a thing as a customer. Took my business elsewhere based on the lack of response.

These guys are right out of it.
One of their products failed to work right out of the box. My first call was forwarded to three different employees, all of whom passed the buck to the next person. Finally someone tells me to mail the product back and they'll "look at it" and get back to me.
Two weeks after receiving it, nothing.
I just called back, they never heard of the guy, someone ELSE is going to call me. Like fun they are!
Their entire business model is set up around ignoring you after you buy something from them.
If you have a problem, you have to submit an online form. NO contact person, NO online help. NOTHING.
Anyone can tell it's going to be like pulling teeth getting my money back from these people.
AVOID THESE 19TH CENTURY CUSTOMER SERVICE JOKERS.
They got paid. They don't CARE about you now!!

We have had exceptional service over all the years we have used Relaxus. They carry good quality products from oils, lotions to massage tables and accessories and go above and beyond expectations. They stand by their products and continue to care for their clients long after a purchase is made. We are very happy and will continue to keep them as our go to company for supplying our clinic.
