Great location in easy walking distance of the beach, massena square and old town. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Great location, rooms ok although the bathrooms are on the small side.

Super cheap place with nice enough rooms. WiFi cuts out after about 20 minutes, but it's free and strong. It's like they reset it or something so you have to sign back in. At 1 am, the garbage truck drives by and is loud.
We got free breakfast and a suite with a balcony for $60 a night, so I can't complain too much. I was up at 1 am anyway.
If you're not a night owl or a deep sleeper, might not be for you.
