Only one criticism of this wonderful hotel --- we had to re-sign into the secure WiFi every time we started using our phones! Otherwise, it was comfortable & luxurious, great location and helpful staff.

Fantastic hotel, great location only downside was that the spa facilities were not included in room price, which was not made clear at time of booking.

Needed something to do on a rainy day in nice - this fit the bill! 30 Euro for two hours use of the spa (50 Euro for two people) - the spa comprises a small pool with underwater bikes and a mini waterfall tap, two relaxation areas, a steam room, sauna and a Jacuzzi. It was a bit small but they don't let too many people in at the same time so it's not an issue. Robes were provided. Overall a good experience.

Good looking and clean hotel. Quite a nice bar and seating area. Room we had was okay but uncomfortable third bed for our teenage son, who incidentally was refused entry to the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Restaurant food was good but service terrible. Service throughout the stay was poor at best. Room service non existent, had to go down repeatedly.
Poor showing for a four star. Disappointed.

Very nice hotel room. We were upgraded to a junior suite which had a private balcony with electronic metal shades giving total blackout of the windows. Excellent location right on the beach and within a 15 minute walk of the train station. Our room rate included breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was a full breakfast buffet -- nothing extraordinary, but quite satisfying nonetheless. A few issues -- one of the faucets in the bathroom had a very consistent drip. I'm not sure if it was dripping before we arrived, but even though I'm sure housekeeping noticed the drip (more than one drip every second) and cleaned around it, they did nothing to fix it.
