A warm welcome, really exellent and efficient service.Spacious and comfortable well isolated rooms. A big flatscreen tv and a nice bathroom.
Parking at the hôtel. A real relief..
The Hotel is well situated in the center, but still calm.
Unfortunatelly we stayed only one night and were too tired having a drink at the bar, which looks gorgeous. All the personal we have seen were verry kind. Congratulations to you all There ! it s so nice feeling well and at ease..
And thanks to you, we will come back to Strasbourg and stay a bit longer in your hôtel. 😊

We spent 23 days in France on holiday an this was the best hotel of all we stayed at. Lovely room with balcony, close to the train station and a 10 minute walk to the centre ob the city. Was just perfect for us 2 senior ladies. I can really recommend this hotel.

Great place with great service! Friendly and helpful personnel! The room isn't so big but has all the things we need. Plus a huge TV, we watched football one night with it, great! :D The hotel has its own garage, but you should reserve it. It's rather small but at days there's usually someone who can help you to park, just ask. To sum up, I would stay here again next time when I visit Strasbourg.

We stayed here after the Christmas in 2016 for 4 nights. Our rooms were updated, comfortable and quiet faced on the courtyard. Stuff members were very friendly yet acted very professionally. Accommodated breakfast was very reasonable and I loved it. (They even served American coffee!) When people emptied trays, they were replaced with new trays with plenty of food immediately. Don't forget trying free cookies on the front desk! They are delicious! Only one thing is that I see more modern rooms in the pictures from the reviews. Maybe because we stayed as business use (corporate discount rate) so that the most updated room is not assigned to us ... also it was pity that WiFi did not work for 4 of us around from 8pm to 3 or 4 am every day during our stay. I asked the receptionist to repair it, but she explained to me that there was nothing they could do due to the large number of users. Still I would go back again in the future since people are very nice!
