In order to get to the rental car park follow PARC TouRS.
Sign may indicate (Full) or "coMPLETE" (Full) in this case push "INFORMATION" button and stipulate that the you are returning a rental vehicle.
Take a ticket at the barrier, and put it back in the slot to access the rental car park. In the case of temporary staff absence, please return your keys directly to the agency. Or in the Key Return Box at the agency entrance.

Good service. Spoke English pretty well. Car hire office is located within the main station. The cars are in the multistory car park opposite the station. Car was clean and full of fuel.

Over the last 2 years we had to rent quite a few cars on different week-end occasions. This was the first time we rent one with Europcar at Lille train station and had 2 unpleasant suprises that we never had before: not only the gas tank was not full when we received the car (something around 5/6 full) and although we completely refilled the tank when we gave the car back, we saw few days later on our account that we have been charged for extra gas!!! This is complete nonsense. And despite many attempts to contact Europcar, we never managed to even have a response. So, please avoid
