...excellent dining experience, food taste is really good - worth my expectation. Waiter are polite and really helpful... will definitely come and dine again soon :-)

Went there with 2 prams. We wanted to sit outside by the river. There were about 10 seats by the river, only one was being used.

The waiter told us we were blocking everything so we moved one pram away completely. Another waiter came and told us we were blocking everything, but we couldn't move this pram because my daughter is only 6 months old. We told him this was impossible and he just shrugged his shoulders.

The other family sitting by the river also had their pram at their table. We left without ordering, I've never met staff so unfriendly.

Was served flat Sprite. Asked for a replacement and was given another glass of flat Sprite.

Ordered Calzone. Took 25 mins to arrive and no bread was brought to the table during the wait. When our main courses arrived the calzone was fridge cold in the middle and the mushrooms still crunchy! The replacement pizza was fine but no apology...

When it came to paying we indicated that we would like to pay by card. The waitor arrived with the card machine to try to take payment, but with no bill...

When the bill did make an appearance there was no reduction for the terrible food or service. The waitor (on the terrace with brown hair) showed a near total contempt for his visitors.

My partner's dish was fine.

Amazing food for an amazing price. My hubby an I went there for Valentine's day and it was perfect. Very romantic!
