Preis war in Ordnung. Habe eine Schramme in den Kotflügel des neuen Audis gemacht. Die Abwicklung über die Vollkasko war super unkompliziert.

Ich habe schon mehrmals Autos dort abgeholt und ingesamt schlechte Erfahrung mit dieser Filiale. Lieber wo anders reservieren. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr arrogant voll unrespektlos, ändern die Autokategorie ohne Bescheid zu geben. Wenn man sich beschwert heisst es kalt :" Es steht in den AGB" obwohl das Auto schon vorbezahlt wurde gab es kein Auto bei der Abholung. Ich wurde so schlecht behandelt ich dachte es hätte mit meiner Hautfarbe zu tun. Definitiv sollen Mitarbeiter geschult werden. Bis dahin miete ich nie mehr dort. FINGER WEG!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible car rental experience. I rent from Enterprise all around the world and this is the worst experience I have ever had with this company. After reserving a car online I showed up and they tried to give me a car that was half a meter shorter than the one I requested. I am a tall guy with a child seat in the back. I request large cars for a reason. Then they give me another short car that is completely filthy and they seem upset that I ask them to clean it properly. The assistant manager was very helpful but the store manager did absolutely nothing to assist. I would fire this guy on the spot. Do not rent from this location.
