Out of the way location in general but decent if you're going to Oktoberfest. Frustrating communication with staff. Within a period of five minutes I was told I could order room service then told by Michael that I couldn't. It was late at night so that would have been understandable except he was incredibly short and dismissive. Hardly what you would expect from an establishment like this.

If you are coming for Oktoberfest it's ok but there are probably other comparable hotels cheaper and closer. If you are here for other purposes then be aware basic service standards are clearly missing and you would do yourself a service to book elsewhere.

Spacious rooms, close to train station. Stunning views, close to city center. Staff was friendly

Guest for Oktoberfest period. Good place and good position. Perfect if you want to visit Munchen city center

Great rooms. Not too big but has everything you need. Breakfast was incredible. Tons of food for all cultures and appitites. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
