Usually occupied party folks like birthday. They add 10% service charge by default. Service is slow. Usual indian type pizza hut not like USA. NO buffet, not good salad.

I had worst experience in this particular branch of pizza hut. They don't have sufficient people to serve the clients. They have more tables than they could handle. I was forced with an offer over what I chose to have. I asked the person who served me at least five times whether it was with tax or with out tax in both English and tamil. Because the offer was buy 2 pan pizzas for 350rs. Which sounded pointless to me. But he said me surely it was 350rs with tax. He took 3hrs to serve my pizza. I was literally calling him every single time he walked pass me. He simply ignored. Later he billed me an amt of 700rs. I was pissed so I asked the same person who served me. He didn't respond proply and walked away. I walked up to the manager to ask for details. The guy in the counter was so disrespectful and throw the bill on my face and said pay it and leave. I don't believe how they run a restaurant like this with out respecting their customers. I said this place is insane and zero customer service and left cause it was 10 in the night by then and the guy would have hitter me if I spoke a word more. They where that cheap and that disrespectful to its customers. Worst food experience ever.
