Change in management and staff has caused the quality of service provided to drop.. And the charges are unnecessaryly high

Of all the places in Lucknow this is the most shocking, the place looks nice but the hairdresser had terrible body odour and provided a lousy shave in fact the worst I have ever had, any other salon or footpath barber is more skillful - on top of the terrible service in the most expensive prices, 5 minute haircut without hairwash - 300 rupees, unprofessional beard trim 200 rupees

Bad experience. The stylist named Nafees after doing head massage left the room , though making my scalp burn in high heat hair steam apparatus . He doesn't know how to handle customer and not good at his job at all .
