貞山堀／宮城県仙台市若林区 Teizan-hori is a canal of 60km length which was constructed along Sendai Bay several centuries ago. This canal had been used for logistics until several decades ago. The tsunami swallowed hundreds of people living in Arahama residential area south of here. - Sendai Airport gallérie photo
