Can enjoy tasty and fantastic french cuisine with nice view of palace.
Lunch, dinner are also good, plus there are cafe and bar as well.
Often reserved exclusive room for petit party or mtg lunch.

皇居が見下ろせながら、都心にもかかわらず、静寂な雰囲気。料理も旬の野菜をふんだんに使いながら、見た目も楽しく食欲をそそる。スタッフもフレンドリーかつ礼儀正しくとても心地よく食事が進みました。フレンチ特有の堅苦しさもなく、また利用したいと思わせるとても素敵なレストランでした。

Mixed reviews i see on this. Not sure why as it is a very good choice and one of my favourites in tokyo.
Use for lunch, dinner and just drinks as a couple, group or business including hosting several dinner functions
The restaurant has a very good view, for those taking the window seats, over the palace and across towards the otemachi skyline - the view is interesting both day and night. The bar area / library style looks over the British embassy. The bar area is a sit down pre-dinner or afternoon drink area that has a few seats in a narrow layout. More of a lounge style and quite often you'll have the TV people (personalities) here from downstairs.
For both lunch and dinner they offer set courses that can be paired with drinks or an ala carte menu. We have always gone for one of the courses. The courses at lunch time really do offer good value.
Setting is formal and the service is very attentive
On each occasion we have consistently enjoyed the food. The food is a creative fusion of modern Japanese and french/European. The ingredients and design of some of the dishes is always pleasing and with the correct portion size
The deserts are usually a delight
Only draw back is the location. Its on the edge of the palace grounds and not close to much and sometimes hard to catch a taxi.
I have only driven here once but would recommend against driving as there is limited parking options nearby
