I just got here, but seriously I can't give this place any less than five stars after the top notch customer service I just received; I don't think I've ever felt so welcome!

Baby friendly doesn't even begin to describe this... someone from the hotel spotted us trying to figure out what to do after our taxi driver dumped us too far down the street with an overtired, poo-covered baby. She helped us up the road, grabbed a key for our room and took us straight up there. Front desk staff member was so friendly and sympathetic, and had me all sorted out within minutes. They had a cot ready to go for our baby and gave her a stuffed toy as a welcome gift. The room is perfect; modest, but with everything you need, and spotless. Loving it.

I stayed for two nights and was very impressed. Spotlessly clean and up=to=date decor. The reception staff were most accommodating and friendly. The biggest bonus is its location - right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many cafes, restaurants, waterfront, Te Papa, Courtenay Place, great shopping. Would definitely stay again and hope to shortly.
