Pros- Hotel is nice and great view of the mountains and harbour. Front desk were nice, and tried to speak English, but struggled giving enough information about the hotel.
Cons- room service is horrible and laugh at you if you ask questions...I don't know if its because they don't like English speaking people, but it's unprofessional. Next to no accommodations. Most likely won't be coming back :(

Fantastic views of the bay, mountains, and city of you splurge for the superior room. Seems like a nice place 🤷♂️ downstairs restaurant was good too (also a little spendy but I think it's probably a US vs Norway restaurants difference.) Bed is comfortable. Clean as far as I can tell. Has a nice desk facing the window to plan your day from. Only real downside is the bathroom floor is about 2 inches above the room floor so 1) you'll stub your toes until you learn better, and 2) not wheelchair friendly if you need it

It's beautiful near sea side perfect hotel especially for us that we have plan to have a cruised ship tour it's just near a corner,beautiful ambianced,,having relaxed while waiting the ship,
