We will not be coming back. I came here with my siblings since North Have Spa is fully booked. Upon entry, we were not greeted by the receptionist. He unenthusiastically handed to us the cheaply made menu of services offered. We've decided to stay since we really needed a good massage after a long stroll around the city. We chose the 700&800 package thinking that the masseuse will make up for the bad customer service.
Our masseuse were ok. You can tell that the movements were rudimentary, there's no flow, but they tried their best. We still gave our masseuse good tips for their effort. Their technique were a product of the training provided by the management - so we can't blame them for the quality of service they're providing.
The huge let down for me was the cold shower. I just had maybe 4 minutes of nice warm showers befor it got cold. I asked my sister who's being serviced next door if her shower is cold and she told me yes. We just assumed that they ran out of hot water so complaining while under the cold water will do us no good.
The second let down was the water in the foot soaking bin. You should never let that go cold. If you are planning on soaking your clients feet in the bin for a long time, you should keep on checking the temperature to make its warm, not cold.
Third issue. "Observe Silence" is plastered around the premise, but it was blatantly ignored by the management. The noise from the staff talking to other masseuse, the receptionist loud slippers as he walk around the premise, and the squeaky noise from the wooden floor bothered the hell out of me.
After my packaged massage, I waited in the lounge area for my siblings. It was painful to watch the lack of warmth and poor customer services given by the male receptionist to their incoming and outgoing clients.
I think giving 3 stars to this place is being super generous, the 3 stars is mostly for the effort provided by our masseuse.

The service is ok, price is ok too. I gave it three stars because my experience here didn't really leave a powerful impact in me. More or less the experience here is mediocre.

Not satisfied with the service. The oil used for body massage and the sheets smells bad. Not going back here.

Affordable packages and great service. One of the most relaxing massages I had so far.

Terrible place! Probably because of the manager who is a very rude man. He basically laughed at me when I nicely noticed that I had 45 min instead of 1 hour massage, and kept asking me for money with an ironic smile on his face.
The massage could actually have been ok but 35 min for the whole body and 10 min head massage, waiting that the time passes, that is not correct at all.
I feel sorry for the girls who work for this awful man, and probably don't get paid a lot.
