I'm reviewing the restaurant only. Great service, very helpful stuff, supper good food. I mean wow. Very clean and elegant. Highly recommend it

The hotel is very nice with a great staff. Very modern and clean. The restaurant offers great food at reasonable prices. I had the best lamb I've ever tasted. I would stay here again.

NOT SAFETY HOTEL !!!!!!
THEY ARE NOT REACTIVE,
THEY ARE LIARS,
THEY MADE US IN DANGER
DOORS ARE NOT SAFE,

( - ) : Bad experience for us ..

Someone kicked the door and enter in our room to stole, THE FIRST NIGHT we came in this hotel ! When he saw my boyfriend and me he had run outside but he BROKE the door when he kicked with his feet, and we finished TO BE BLOCKED INSIDE. WE CALLED THE RECEPTION and ... THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL CALL POLICE ... so we waited.. A LONG TIME.. but ..nothing ! FINALLY, We called ourself the police and they said that they never called them. SO THEY CAME AND..

Then, the reception called back and said that we have to stay blocked inside until the next day ...

And if i was pregnant or if i was with some problem .. or fire ..
IS IT LIKE THAT THAT YOU TREAT TOURIST ??? YOUR CLIENTS ? YOU ARE STUPID !

THE POLICE CAME AND HELP US TO GO OUT THE ROOM AND IT WAS JUST NOW THAT THE HOTEL'S PERSONAL CHANGED OUR ROOM BUT.. FOR A SMALLEST AS WE PAID .. WE CHANGED AGAIN ON THE MORNING ..
THEY DON'T PROPOSE US NOTHING TO EXCUSE ! NOBODY MADE APOLOGIZE !

NOTHING !

I AM DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THE NO REACTION OF THE HOTEL AND THE WAY TO MANAGE BAD SITUATION .
I WAS SCARED FOR MY STUFF when I WENT OUT OF MY ROOM ..

They have also positive sides :

( + ) : Breakfast / restaurant /
Not far from the city in taxi
Bedroom are clean and big
We sleep good into the bed.

Conclusion : Be sure to don't have any problem at HOTEL PIANO because they will not react fastly, they will lie to protect them first. They have camera at the reception they can see all what's happen in the hotel so if they say that they don't see .. it's a lie . BE CAREFUL about your stuff. You will sleep and eat good, be careful about the Jaccuzi because he is DIRTY. The fitness place is ok just enought.
