The real name of this new place is Explorer Hostel. It had to change its name because there is a travel company in Irkutsk from 2000 which is called BAIKAL EXPLORER. Those are different organisations. I hope Tripadvisor will change it. To confirm the real name (Explorer Hostel) please contact the hostel directly.
I hope it will not take long time for the hostel to change the name everywhere. It causes confusion for travellers and problems for the travel company (as ratings of the hostel are not good, but the association exist).
