disgraceful. There isn't a word in the English language to describe this dump. Dirty bed linen and towels, filthy toilet, shower, room, dining area, reception. Mouldy beds with sick, faeces, blood and god knows what else plus the pillows. I paid £,s for a nightmare DON'T GO VISIT my Blueparkhotelfromhell fb page pictures and video's out lining this
