No lift, and fleeced by a member of staff for finding our room Food average at best, and coffee tasted like hot chocolate. No free wi fi and topped off by an early morning call more than an hour early. Steer clear folks

The outdoor buffet and rooms were gorgeous, as well as the natural hot spas. The staff needs to learn how to up sell service, like with Turkish baths and other relaxation services.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff were a bit slow but helpful.
Rooms clean and tidy.
Not much to do, so great for a short stay.

The hotel has all the features and amenities to be great but where they lack is in their customer service. The staff are rude and sometimes quite immature. Feels as though when you ask a question you are being a burden to them. That being said it's not all staff and some did show kindness and friendliness to us.

pools and thermal pools facilities was great
food was great
for pamukkale it was 5 star but if you compare with other 5 stars hotel it is not 5 star...
