Spoons, great choice of Indian, Chinese and Vietnam Street foods, not to mention traditional English hedgehog in a Yorkshire pudding, and battered badger.being only a stones throw from Europe you can also enjoy frogs head kebabs and sautéed snails genitalia, scrumptious! Bar staff could all be models, extremely polite and most fluent in Albanian, a credit to Mr spoon. I had the veggie burger with meat and mayonnaise, delicious.beers are priced between 50p and £2.50 a pint depending on your footwear and trousers, jogging bottoms generally attract a large discount.only waited minutes for my food and was asked after every mouthful how it was, I'll tell you, it was ace. Spoons are a national institution and I for one think we should have a bank holiday in honour of Mr spoons contribution to the economy and well being of the inhabitants of this fine land, good on yer Mr spoon

Great selection of ales, good turnover too....... So I come here rather than the better looking folkestone spoons.

Breakfast here is first rate. Everything freshly cooked, certainly enough for a working man or woman, and with a tea...you're looking at spending under £5.00.

The usual rules apply.

Beware of guys in their 50's wearing baseball caps, back to front. Women in their 50's showing more stomach, than class...and be prepared for the usual plethora of track suited, twattood, vapers, drinking lager as soon as the bar legally opens.

Otherwise...a decent venue.

Busy. Lovely staff. Toilets are modern and not too bad considering how frequently they are visited. Food is good and we use this place weekly
