Charleston Chinese Takeaway

Tried it twice but I won't be trying it a third time. I'm not sure how they can get it so wrong as their menu is far from unique from all the other Chinese takeaway restaurants in town; and they all seem to be doing it right. Why is it that everything tastes of over-cooked cabbage, even a beef chow mein?
I'm aware that my opinion differs greatly from that of other reviews but I can only offer an opinion on the quality of food I received. Admittedly, with the choice of takeaways in town, I have avoided ordering from this establishment in 6 months in preference for others, so perhaps my review is now somewhat outdated.

Tasty but like most Chinese places now, just a bit expensive
