Good selection of products and animals in store. Can be difficult to find a staff member to help sometimes though.

Bought two rats 3 weeks ago..once i took them home i soon noticed one of them was sneezing alot. Thought it could be stress so left it about a week longer,he was still sneezing and stuff coming from his nose so i changed the bedding on the cage floor to wooden pellets,still no change. Afew days after that the one with the sneezing started to get a head tilt and isnt very well at all! Took both to vets and it cost me £83 for antibiotics,steroids and counsaltations! Not very happy as from a pet shop you would think you are buying healthy animals..

Update..pets at home have actualy paid me back for my vet bill so very pleased about that so they have been fair!

Hard to find people working but helpful when you do. Easy for wheelchairs.
