Lovely homely bar in the centre of Oakwood. Staff know their bar well and are ever so friendly. Always a nice relaxed crowd in, and the outside is nice in the evening!

Interesting range of bottled beers from round the world as well as local craft beers. Several varieties of wine and spirits. Nice atmosphere. Early crowd is older. As the evening progresses the average age decreases and the volume of the music increases. Dogs welcome.

Lovely little place with plenty of beer and ale. Very reasonable prices and cheap but tasty snack plates of olives etc. to share.

Just like the other North Bars, it's intimate and has great beers and friendly staff. People complain it's crowded but it shows the popularity and they do the best in the circumstances. The staff will always offer to bring your beers over to you on an evening.

One comment would be that the range of ales is always a little strong percentage-wise for my liking. Other than that - spot on!
