Good slides at weekend, reasonable price. Parking is 1.60 for 2hrs and you get 40p back if you use centre. Can be long queues to get in as they limit entry but this means the slides are not as busy as other places

It's nice and big with a couple water slides and a wave machine. Perhaps a little pricy to get in for a family of 5 but you do get plenty of time. When we came out in Houghton I was going to get robbed at the cafe but actually it was very reasonable indeed so was happy. Would recommend.

It's great having a big leisure pool like this on our doorstep. I go with my 3yo every weekend. There are slides and a wave machine. It's a nice pool.
1 star off because there are too few family cubicles and it's often quite dirty and poorly cleaned.
Also, bring cash as their card readers are poorly set up and often broken.

This is a great swimming pool for all ages. There's a small area for babies, which is nice when it's not too busy (otherwise you still get splashed). They've got water fountains, power showers, jacuzzis, water slides and wave machines. Or in a completely separate pool they have lanes for training.
The showers are ok but there aren't many family cubicles and it is a family fun pool so they fill up fast. I think it could do with a bit of a tidy up as it hasn't changed since I was a kid. You have to pay for the car park and it's not that cheap for the swimming pool.
