I wish I had a better doctors close by. Just called to make an appointment and was told I have to call back at 3 and hung up. When I rang back I asked why she hung up and I was told because the printer was on she thought I said bye 🤦🏽‍♀️

Most ridiculous service ever. Told I couldn't make an appointment at reception, had to go home and make a call. Highlighted I never get through and when I do all appts are gone. Therefore, stood at reception rang them with my mobile talking to them only a couple of yards away. Felt like a complete idiot! Very poor service!

Absolutely disgusting service. The only Dr who works at the surgery is Dr Tillu and she ONLY WORKS ON SATURDAYS and to get an appointment with her is extremely difficult. Any other day then see a nurse. The receptionists are extremely rude and not helpful at all. So disappointed with the way this surgery is run.

not like how it was with dr alam or dr rahman ....they where the best doctors. now the girks in the desk have bad manners ...the doctor does not even look at you ...its too bad .
