Worst Nandos in Birmingham. I love Nandos, but this Nandos is always busy.

We waited 20 minutes for a table, and waited 10 minutes in the queue to pay.

There was almost no peri salt on the chips, and the portion size was tiny compared to other Nandos, we asked about this and they said they wouldn't do anything.

Absolutely adore Nando's, but this particular example is always extremely busy, which makes it slightly less favourable when choosing which one to frequent. However, since it is now the one that's closest to us, we have little choice. Food is brilliant, as it is in every Nando's, but a system could maybe be put in place to ease congestion and reduce waiting times.

Normally we love Nando's...but today we thought we would check out a different Nando's on Broad Street!! We were very disappointed with very rude customer service, not being very helpful or friendly and didn't even get asked how our meal was. Unfortunately our chicken was extremely dry too..never have we ever tasted dry chicken at Nando's but today we did!!
We've left feeling quite disappointed!
