Great staff and service and a comfortable nights sleep, the only thing that was a let down was the breakfast.. Was told to pre order to ensure everything comes out piping hot, great! Until you see the staff just plating food up and microwaving everything.. And when the buffet did re open bowls of Sausage/beans/bacon were all being microwaved to reheat every so often... Would stay at hotel again but would avoid the full breakfast...

Great location for night out in Birmingham. Rooms are a decent size. Lacks a bar and parking at £10 per night is a bit excessive.

Room usual Premier in high standard. But only one type of pillow and very heavy and thick duvet. Due to no air-conditioning we had to open the window, therefore suffering from excessive noise from nightclub and shouting in the early hours

Very friendly staff. Decent breakfast with moderate choice. Room very clean and modern with comfortable bed. Main issue was the food in the restaurant. It was quite cold and the bread of the burger bun was rather dry. Would suggest eating elsewhere because there are plenty of choices nearby.

A typical experience of Premier Inn - excellent quality room and good nights sleep. Only gripe is the £10 cost to park but it's a city centre so to be expected. They offer free (slow) wifi that you can pay to make faster, but it's enough to use to do work on, you'd only want the fast one if streaming video for example anyway.
