Ocmulgee River Bridge, Lumber City, Georgia. This through-truss SouthernRailway bridge once rotated on it's center pier to allow Steamboats to pass. Southern also maintained wharves on the riverbank to transfer freight to and from the boats. No trace of these remain today. - Hazlehurst Airport gallérie photo
