I went to this shop to have a poster dry-mounted as a birthday gift. When the poster returned to the shop, the woman working there noticed some slight damage to the ink. She called the company that created the poster and offered to pay to have it reprinted for me, or to have the poster framed for free. Although I would rather not have had the poster damaged, I was impressed with how they handled the situation. I will be using them again in the future.
