Like I don't get it. How does framing a picture cost $400. I get that they have to make money but there has to be a better way.

Horrible customer service. I went with a couple of pictures to the Frame Hamlet so they would frame it. The manager told me that the work would be done in 10 days which ended up being 20. For my surprise when I went to pick up both pictures they were both CROOKED. Give me a break, $630 to frame two pictures crooked.

When I talked to the manager about this issue I asked that she fix both pictures. Reluctantly she accepted. I al asked for a discount and she said NO. She said that she had already given me the "neighborhood discount" which is BS because I never told them that I lived in the neighborhood so anybody that comes through the door gets the "neighborhood discount". I told her that I will never come back and she said that it was ok.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone if they want good customer and their pictures to be properly framed.

The Frame Hamlet did an incredible job fixing an old frame that carried a beautiful 20-year-old hand made Chinese fan. They have great frames and do outstanding work. I don't live in Old Town anymore, but I always go back to Frame Hamlet to get all of my framing done.
