I came in to get a loan, I have all my papers needed but the lady was absolutely rude when explaining the dates. I didn’t even do an application, I asked for my papers back and walked away.

Very horrible. Rude people working there. They don't follow their payment arrangements. They pull more than supposed to. Run away. Worst place ever

This is by far the worst place to go to! They will take everything you have. Being a payday loan company I already know this. But on top of it their customer service is HORRIBLE!! I worked with their "manager" Olga, she was the most unprofessional, rude person I have ever dealt with. I work in customer service and she should not! I would recommend to go somewhere else any where else if you need a loan

Lisa is a great Manager! Even though it is expensive to keep the loan out and hard to pay off she makes it one of the best experiences ever.... Even paying money always sucks but her pretty smile is great.

I have been coming to Advance America for years. I continue to go there not only because of the ease of the loan process, but primarily due to the OUTSTANDING customer service. Lisa has helped me year after year. She always remembers me by name, greets me with a smile, and treats me like a friend, not just a customer. I find these characteristics to be a rarity in any service industry anymore as most competitors are "robotic" at best. Both initiating a new loan and or renewing an existing loan, only takes a few minutes at most. I will continue to utilize Advance America for any loan needs in the future and would recommend them to ANYONE. I also want to recognize Olga as she has helped me more recently and has always been extremely helpful and friendly.
