The best taxi service around. The drivers are friendly and the dispatchers are awesome. Christina was very knowledgeable and super nice. She got me a taxi in a timely manner. Will be using this taxi company again in the future.

WOW this company is horrible-the receptionist is extremely immature, does NOT even ask for the name of guests, times anything-she is rude, and I can tell has no customer service skills.She tries to act like you give her the wrong info when I clearly remember times of pick ups etc as it is my job. I am a concierge and have tries their services and it is a nightmare every time-all the drivers reek of booze and cigarettes and they are usually late for pick ups-CALL BILLS TAXI based out of Guerneville-they are wonderful and Dwayne one of their drivers even uses a suburban and he is awesome!!

The day before yesterday, I asked for a taxi at my motel room and the driver pulled up, asked the cleaning lady if I was in there, after which she cluelessly said there was no one in there. I have no idea why the driver didn't bother to call, honk, or knock but the next day I asked if I could have a cab (the mistake on the part of the driver had been conveyed already) they were immediately suspicious, asking if I was truly ready. I dealt with this idiocy (had around a dozen cab rides with them all week without any confusion), and simply assured them that, yes, I am indeed ready. The next morning, I needed another but after ordering it I found that the CVS I was headed to said they weren't open yet. I promptly called the taxi company back and asked them to hold off until nine. AT nine, they called me to ask if I really needed one. I am under time constraints of a very serious nature, the consequences of which could be disastrous for my future. NOW, I have to wait again, creating serious problems, all because I'm on some kind of probation over a mistake one of their drivers made. They're okay at first but as soon as one of THEM makes a mistake, YOU'RE the one that will have problems with them unless you then switch to another service. Personally, I wouldn't bother with them. Addendum: They're now twenty minutes late. I just called a different service. I'm so done with these guys.
