Been going here for years, the staff including the doctors have been nothing short of amazing in every way. Have had a range of things done and no complaints at all, will continue to go for years to come.

I had a significant amount of dental work done on two of my visits and I am very pleased with the experience at the office and with the work that was done. The office is in a convenient location and everyone in the office is friendly. I was greeted promptly, they kept me informed of what was going on and the Dr. saw me quickly.

The office has state of the art equipment that allowed me to walk out with a new crown in only hours, instead of it taking another visit or two. They prepped the tooth, made and fitted the crown to my bite and I was out before lunch.

I would definitely recommend this office (and I do) if you are looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Ruppel unwilling to help correct bridge work which was done by another dentist because he did not want the liability in case anything went wrong. I really needed his help, but wasn't going to get it.

I drive all the way from Orlando to have my dental work done here. As a true dentistaphobe I can attest that both the Doctors Ruppel, their oral surgeon, and their staff make my visits as pleasant and pain free as possible. I have had several root canals, wisdom teeth extraction, Zoom whitening, and even oral surgery with them, along with my routine cleanings. I could never imagine going anywhere else. They truly treat their patients with paramount care and their quality of work is superb. I have never been more satisfied with any other health care professionals, in any field, as I am with Ruppel Dentistry. My fiancé was skeptical at first but after accompanying me on many visits, even he agrees it's more than worth the 3 hour round trip drive and half tank of gas to continue being their patient. Even if we were to move out of state I would, without hesitation, continue to see them while on trips to Tampa to visit my mother.

If I could review this office without picking a star, I would. The dentist himself is very nice and professional. The rest of the staff is another animal entirely! Both times I went to the office they had no idea what I was there for. The first time I went for a cleaning and was asked if I wanted a cleaning since they had a cancelation. My response that I thought that is what I was there for really threw the office into a whirlwind trying to figure out why I was there. The office recommended a deep cleaning and told me I have a couple cavities to be filled. I have not been to the dentist in quite a while so I am sure a deep cleaning would be beneficial. I had x-rays done as well and the dentist told me there did not seem to be any periodontal disease or bone loss and my teeth looked healthy.

That is all fine and good except for the fact that the hygienist told me the deep cleaning is for periodontal prevention. Well, going by what the dentist said, I have no signs of periodontal problems. At this point, I began to not trust this establishment.

I just got done with my three fillings this morning and also scheduled to have my initial cleaning finished as it was not done the first time I went (I believe that was a push for me to schedule the deep cleaning). The hygienist was so rude I really could not believe that she worked around people! Of course my mouth was completely numb which is good for her because while polishing my teeth she was sitting there shaking her head at the fact that I am not getting a deep cleaning done at this moment. Who knows, I might have scheduled there to complete the deep cleaning (it is covered by my insurance, after all) had it not been for the fact that I have had better customer service from cashiers at Walmart.

I would rather pay the $35 to get my records released and go somewhere else than have services done that are covered by my insurance. It really is appalling that even when checking out, I was treated like filth when I questioned the charges (thank goodness I did because they were over charging me by $130.00!!!).

I honestly cannot believe there are people who are willing to go there. I passed at least three other dental offices on my way in this morning and will choose ANY of them over Ruppel's staff!
