Causeway location. Front desk staff is rude, incompetent, uncaring. Been waiting for a week for my diabetes refills. Calling every day, going in person. It's outrageous the way they treat patients, pharmacies and other doctors. How these people stay on business?

THIS PLACE DELIBERATELY IGNORES CALLS FOR OVER 15 MINUTES, DOES NOT CONTACT PATIENTS BACK AT ALL. RIDICULOUS.
