I had a 1 o’clock appointment but didn’t get to see a doctor until about an hour and 45 minutes later. This place has no consideration for your schedule or the fact that we all have better things to do than wait for a doctor. I will not be returning, beyond disappointed.

This place is a complete joke...I walked in hoping for answers and basically told that because I am poor there is nothing they can do to help me... Because I am poor.... Means I can't be in pain....

This place would be the best place ever if they could actually make appointments for the times they intend to see you. Consistently takes over 40 minutes to be seen. When I have to wait several months for an appointment, I'd really like to be seen some time NEAR my appointment time.

I legitimately can't imagine going somewhere else after being treated here. Sure, the wait times can be high but that's not usually the case. Sometimes a single doctor gets held up, it happens.

But in general what you get is doctors that are not new in their field, they are leading in their field. They keep up with technology and research, they are wow'd by their jobs. They might not always know how to show it, because we are all humans and they are shuffled from room to room.

I can't imagine doing what they do, caring as much as they do and working as hard as they do. I couldn't do what they do.

And what I definitely could never do was find a doctors that spent years with me trying various treatments, patiently waiting and hoping when I have long lost hope.

The downside is that when you get assigned to a specialist you have to stay with that one. So if they are unavailable... Well, you can see why wait times would be long when they come back from vacation. I am not sure why they don't have teams.
