La Vallade is a charming little restaurant, far from tourist traps and crowded areas. They don't have a regular menu, but 5 course menu which changes every day. Food is fresh and delicious. House wines are great as well.

Fine staff and good food. One set menu, so no á la carte! A friend who made the reservation forgot to mention my vegetarian diet, but the staff adapted accordingly.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Amsterdam. They have a fixed menu that rotates on a daily basis. They serve a five course menu for 35,50 EUR and the ingredients are super fresh. I have not once been disappointed in the dishes and never have I been served the same food. Book in advanced, it can get busy.
